If your bus is delayed by over 90 minutes or cancelled close to departure, you’re compensated based on the criteria and your scenario.

Is this available on all routes?

How long does it take to receive the promise?

What happens if I have used Green Coins or a Fresh Card for my booking?
Any Green Coins, or Fresh Card utilised at the time of booking will be adjusted at the time of compensation.
