If your bus is delayed by over 90 minutes or cancelled close to departure, you’re compensated based on the criteria and your scenario.

Ticket refunds are processed separately as per our standard refund timelines. Compensation under Fresh Promise will be credited independently.

Step 2 – You’ll receive a secure JusPay payout link to initiate the compensation process

Step 3 – Enter your mobile/UPI details

Step 4 – Verify OTP with your registered mobile number on the JusPay portal

Step 5 – Money is transferred to your account within 24 hrs

Eligibility

• Fresh Promise applies to everyone who has booked directly through Fresh Bus website or app and through preferred travel partners.
• Every ticket you book is automatically covered, as a promise to all our passengers.

Exclusions / Limitations

• Delays under 90 minutes are not covered.

Partial Ticket / Multiple Bookings

• For partial ticket cancellations within a single order, Fresh Promise applies only to the active tickets remaining.

Modifications & Termination

• Fresh Bus reserves the right to modify or withdraw the Promise at any time.
• Any changes will be communicated on the Fresh Bus website and app or through WhatsApp and email.
• All delay calculations are based on real-time GPS tracking at boarding and dropping points, ensuring fair and accurate compensation eligibility.

The Fresh promise policy applies to bookings made on or after October 2, 2025.
